Google Fit integration with Oura is no longer available.

Setting Up Health Connect

1. Go to the  menu in the upper left-hand corner of the Oura App's home screen

2. Tap Settings

3. Under "Data Sharing," tap Health Connect

   • If you don't already have Health Connect downloaded on your device, follow the prompt to download and install it

4. Use the toggles to select which data to share between your Oura App and Health Connect

Data Synced with Health Connect

Adjust the data sharing permissions at any time by going to Settings > Data Sharing > Health Connect > Open Health Connect.

You can choose to import and export the following data:

Exported from Oura to Health Connect

• Active Calories
• Heart Rate: in one-minute intervals
• Heart Rate Variability
• Height
• Sleep Measurements:
  • Bedtime
  • Nighttime Resting Heart Rate
  • Sleep Duration
  • Wake Time
• Sleep Stages
